We see more and more people who are infected by SARS-CoV-2 and so the number of Covid-19 patients increases and governments are making more and more harsh restrictions which do inflict economical damage on many small businesses. Governments are also trying to help businesses in different ways, but the majority of the crises packages age targeted on larger companies.

We seen companies who has taken to help the community in one or another way, but the group who hasn’t done anything to help the community or the small businesses are the landlords, they keep on keeping their high rents, without thinking about the future and the greater good.

Now it’s time for all landlords to think about lowering the rents for small businesses, so they will have a better chance to survive the coming months, if they do then you as a landlord will have the an income in the future. If the small businesses go bankruptcy, then you will have no income and it may take you years before you have someone to take over that space.

We know you have your own costs, but sadly statistics show that you in general as landlord make quite much of profits, so it’s time for you to think of the greater good than buying a third second home on a remote island.
