The Hong Kong communist leader Carrie Lam has suggested that mainlanders would be allowed to vote in the Hong Kong LegCo election in September 2021. The best of all, they shouldn’t have to enter Hong Kong, but they would be able to do it in uncontrolled voting station in the mainland, this to make it possible to claim the communists won a land slide victory while none in Hong Kong would vote for them.
