Today Russian fascist dictator Putin confirmed that he ordered a launch of missile attacks against civilian targets in Ukraine as a revenge for the incompetence of the Russian military when they loaded a tuck with 20+ metric tons of dynamite in a such way that it could explode during transport.
He also clarified that Russia will commit more war-crimes each time when Russian armed forces fails with tasks or if Ukraine has major success against the Russian interests in Ukraine.
