According the the propaganda minister of Fascists Russia, Sergei Lavrov the situation with the Russian invasion of Ukraine is the same as during the Cuban crises in 1962, it’s just he has missed some fundamental difference, back in 1962 there were honest negotiations behind the scenes between USA and the Soviet Union.
Russia hasn’t been honest at all and haven’t had the slightest interest in ending hostilities unless Putin gets his will of exterminated “the lesser race” and replace everyone in Ukraine with “racial clean Slavic Russians”, which is a huge joke as over 60% of all Russians are mixed with Fenno-Ugrian peoples and are more Finns than the Slavs.
